hey guys i just saw scarface again so naturally i popped in vice city. i'm in the estate with a full wanted level, just wasting cops left and right from the top of the staircase. i've had the full wanted level for maybe 10 minutes now, and suddenly a red message popped up under my health, armor, and etc. info. it says "chase 657 -937-"...what does this mean? a second ago it said something else under it...about it not being an ordinary day or something...
i checked in my stats for anything significant, and there are no big round numbers for people wasted or anything. however, my media attention is at live national tv coverage...a rating of 937. ok, that's the 937. what does the rest mean?
i don't know if this message will go away or stay up, i haven't un-paused the game, hang on....
ok i kept shooting cops and the 657 went up to 703 and text popped up that said "national tv 4 am"...
ok at this point i'm thinkin 937 is some kind of goal..
ok i'm past 1k now and at international coverage. is it just telling me what my high media is and where i am? i don't get the point of this. what's the highest possible?

not as far as i know...a friend of mine had been playing on my memory card so he might have plugged in the cheat, i don't know if it's one that goes away or not over time. so afaik, this was natural.
