Baldurs Gate 2+expansion
I just got a combo pack with both Bladurs Gate 2 and the exp pack. Question is, do I install the expansion pack straight away, or wait until beating the game? Also, it didn't come with a manual, and I haven't found one on any of the discs yet, although i'm still going through them...is there anywhere online that I can find one?

You might as well install it right away. It makes for a little smoother transition after you beat the first game.
Congratulations on the purchase by the way. I'm currently on the last battle of the expansion pack, and its been one of my favorite games I've ever played. If you haven't played Baldur's Gate I, I recommend finding a copy before you start part 2. Its a hell of a thing to build your character up from 1st level to the end of the series. |

BG and BG2 are worth chalking up some $$ for, give the developers some due, it is one of the best CPRG games ever. Don't limit yourself to the expansion (although do install it before you play even the regular game), search google, there are tons of custom mods available beyond the expansions (in particular Weimer's mods are great).

It was built from the ground up as a dungeon crawler, though, that's why.

Yeah, the manual was phat. Had a list of every freakin' spell in the game. Good stuff.

Hehe, my solo sorcerer wiped out the entire city of Amn. Beat Gaax in the second chapter, too, which is just freaking awesome.
