Counter-Strike won't run
Hi all, a while ago I installed Half-Life:Counter Strike (retail version, came with a bunch of other shit on it) on my new comp, but it won't run. I had given up on it, but Cynthetiq recently posted something about Team Fortress 2, which came with my copy. Every time I try to open it, it says I need at least 16MB of RAM. I have 4 GB. Anyone know what the problem could be? Is it just because I have Vista?

Is this the original HL:CS? If so, you have to download Steam from here and enter your retail CD key and then you will be able to download the game and play.
And if it is the original retail HL:CS then what you have is Team Fortress Classic not TF2.

If you're gonna play CS, I do recommend getting it cheap as part of a combo on a steam sale. Great games. And give CS:Source a try.
