REVIEW: Phit (web game)
I love puzzle games. I mean, I enjoy action games, RPGs, MMOs, racing games, sport games... pretty much the whole gaming spectrum. But I REALLY love puzzle games. there's something about sitting down to a casual game that just makes me happy. I recently reviewed Peggle as well which, though not free, is a great casual puzzle game that I've now been playing for a couple weeks straight for at least a few minutes every day.
This brings me to Phit (mirror site), a web-based game I found at Digg.com and tried out immediately. It's a puzzle game using a part-tangram, part-Tetris type of style. It's not terribly difficult, at least for the first few levels, but it's a great way to get the steam moving around the old noggin. So far I've only mastered the first 8 levels, though 9 shouldn't be too terribly difficult. I definitely recommend this game! |

I got to level 12 pretty easily... then I gave up! |
