i am guessing he has admin rights on the server, as such, he does have some control of your system. i would suggest scanning for viruses, if your clean, try uninstalling CS, all of it, and reinstalling it, he could have changed your configuration files for CS.

yea i was wrong dilbert, it turned out that it was just my wireless router being annoying and useless, moved the computer, and plugged back into the router, new wireless router coming soon :/
