The name doesn't matter. Every console name ever has been stupid. The xbox? What, is it a super powered marvel comic book character from the early 90's? X-factor, x-men, xbox? Because the letter "x" is sooo badass if you happen to have not had any kind of algebra. Playstation? How cool is that name? "Ok guys, i'll see you later. I'm going to go home and play on my special station; it's specifically set up with playing in mind. It's like a work station, except for playing."
There are much more important things to take into consideration when evaluating a next generation video game console, like specs, or 3rd party support or whether it costs $600 dollars to buy the always bug-prone first batch. |

you fools, the wii is going to destroy the xbox and ps3. who cares what its name is. at least nintendo is trying to do something different instead of just making a console that is in essence just a hardware upgrade of the last one.

You say that now....but wait until they release a Star Wars-fight with a fricken' Jedi Lightsaber duelling game with online play and let's see what you say then.

I think that the wacky controller would make a great game-specific controller, but i prefer their other controllers; SNES, N64, Gamecube... all greatly deigned controllers

I think this new controller's gonna be awesome. Sure the Gamecube/SNES/N64 controllers were nice, but this new controller's revolutionary. I'm stoked at how many possibilities there are when it comes to this new system.
