last time i was doing some was at my gf's.

i was trying out some moves before. i think i'll be able to pull a good clipper stall this year.

as long as my knees dont give out.

it was fucking painful last summer.

poped my knee at my friends house while doing a simple right inside kick.

like i colapsed to the floor. it was bad. he heard the sound too. POP! "OUCH!" FUCK!"

hasnt done it since. i'll have to do some workouts on that leg.

fun thing is that my shoes work perfect with it! but if they dont, i'll get some lavers.

lavers are adidas tennis shoes. everyone in the footbag sport has em. like 80%.

but they are expensive and mostly sold on the net.

i ffound some nice vans. comfy!
