Fold in 3 cups of finely grated carrots.

I'm sure that you could probably alter this a little like use less oil.

Pour in a 9x13 cake pan and bake @350 for 45 minutes

Cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
4 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbs milk
1/4 cup margarine (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla

Again, this can be altered to taste and it usually is. I usually end up putting more sugar in.

Warily, I throw forth such a query: Does anyone else tire of seeing Justin Long in nearly every other film, and those of which you were praying he wasn't in? He's become this generation's Morgan Freeman, solely replacing the preeminence Freeman commands with a "how'd the Mac guy find his way into this movie?" attitude on bewildered audience members.
