My nephew was 6 years old. The process of getting ready for bed

I'll take your advice, Esoteric ...though I'm gonna be slowly drifting back, no running. I'm home sick with mild flu'ish symptoms so I've been drifting in and out of sleep many times today. Dreaming can be a fun activity, and low-cal, too.

oh...found it..the dog absconded with it and hid it under his bed.

I found other things under there as well...two pens, a sock,
the cap to my lipstick, and a sandwich wrapper.

wow, we're back! Hi everybody.

I couldn't get into the swing of the blog thing ...though I'm sure I could if this wasn't coming back and I had to. I think knowing this was coming back made me not exert the effort for change.

The high here this afternoon is about 31F here in Philadelphia and vicinity; headed up 5 or 6F more tomorrow, then another 5F for Saturday. A rare flake or two (not me, I mean snow) but otherwise the kids are missing out on good sledding.
