You should move to Florida, and take your puppy to the beach. Though, I'm not even sure what beaches allow dogs anymore. >_>

some beaches did in Virginia...on off season..
and the farther north you go they don't seem so picky about it,
Maine was a bit chilly at times but the dogs didn't seem to mind.
