ahhh, more puppy memories for me. As a young boy I got my first puppy, a little fox terrier, the day after the Ruskies launched sputnik so we named the puppy Speedy Sputnik ...but being on a first-name basis we usually called him Speedy unless he misbehaved and then the stern "Speedy Sputnik!!!" got his attention.

The ten week old puppy woke
me up to let me know he likes the name Prince better,
and of course that calls for tail chasing celebration,
killing his stuffed fishie...then burying it with his blanket....

oh! theres a toe..bite bite....his attention span is up to 30 seconds
already...fun to watch his little neurons grow as he sleeps again.
