My cat doesn't DO anything...
she just sits out there on the lawn.
I can diffidently say that my cat badly needs to be confused. |
bring her here Sue.........the dog will keep here busy.

Try cleaning. Cats know something interesting is going on when people clean, but they can't figure it out at all. Sweeping, dusting, organizing. Completely out of the box as far as a cat is concerned.
Come to think of it, I am a bit cat-like myself  |
VET: I see then I think I might be able to help you. You see, your cat is suffering from what we vets haven't found a word for. His condition is typified by total physical inertia.
Absence of interest in his ambiance, what we vets call, "environment." Failure to respond to the conventional external stimuli, a ball of string, a nice juicy mouse, a bird, to be blunt, your cat is in a rut. It's the old stockbroker syndrome. The suburban fantasy, angst. Call it what you will. |
My cat does a lot of sleeping, eating and lying around between bouts of being chased by the dog, trying to escape in the world outside and hunting mice in the basement.
He thinks he's the shit and he's probably right. |
(this was all taken from a Monty Python skit btw)
No one got it :o *hides in shame* :D |

Actually, I seem to recall the foot being bare, that is to say, bootless.
