Name game

An unlisted telephone number cost extra so a friend had her name listed as Artie Choke. This was in the 70s and I've often thought about it.
This morning I got out of bed and started a list. Please contribute!

Artie Choke
Kitty Litter
Flora Duh
Miss Ann Thrope
Al Bainia
Calif Fornya
George Ah
Ari Zoneah
Louie Z. Anna
May Bee
May B. Knot
C. D. Romm

Back in the 70s, my friend's dad got a modem line to connect to the lab. Since unlisted cost more as well, he registered the phone as:
A. Modem

uncle phil, that's over my head (and I was a Adv. class ham). I can't see what it relates to.
Charlatan, I like Jim Nasium & Lou Zerr
Johnny Pyro, Mike Hunt is good but I hope this thread will mostly avoid that direction :-)
Redlemon, interesting.

I had posted a long list of musician's names (and tunes) in the music forum but it had NO responce so I deleted it. I'm thinking I should have posted it in this forum.
