I love it when the 24 hour news cycles gives journalists an overinflated sense of self-importance to the point that they fight over who gets to have the most airtime and spoken lines.

(Did you know that there are other jobs for meteorologists other than being a weatherman? They also work in the environmental field doing air quality modeling studies of pollution sources. I considered a masters degree to do this at one point.)

I agree with redlemon (surprise)... while Chad may be an ass, the guy is working with little to no sleep, probably too much caffeine in his system and as a result is probably more irritable than usual.

I know I get just like that under those conditions.

If you watch closely he does seem to collect himself quite nicely at the end...
