His arm didn't bleed nearly enough when he cut it. I'm thinking like Fng...maybe some sort of "flesh sleeve." A small scrape or cut makes a good bit of blood come out yet that knife didn't even start a stream. ??

There was definitely not enough blood for the incision that he made. I would guess a prosthetic of some sort was involved.....the skin he showed looked rather rubbery on that arm.
Still, just a guess.

I know how this trick is done, but like most tricks - it is much better kept a secret. It really loses much of it's value once you know how the "magic" works...
