The House, the follower of 'The Office'

I am stuck and I don't know what to do, I'm not sure whether to say this one is hard or my skills are just lame, but either way... Spoiler: I got the green chip out of the shower drain and now I've got no idea what to do as I've not been able to get hte code for the door in the hallway with the keypad
