The day that we live forever...

The day that we live forever, we'll be in big trouble: http://www.alexchiu.com/affiliates/c...cgi?id=mmaturo

Give it a click to see what it's all about...I don't really believe it, and I don't think that most sane TFPers would, either...but then again, *I* certainly don't claim to be sane :-)

Lol, pretty interesting. However I think the only way we will be able to survive forever, at least until we somehow come up with a way to stop cells from aging all together, will be by downloading our memory into a computer and being uploaded into a blank body. Chew on that for a bit

Well the thoery seems to be ok...and it may make you feel more youthfull, but it probably wouldn't have any long-term effects.

Sorry, but death is necessary. We are already living on a planet of 6 billion people and this is with a 100% death rate. If nobody died, the population of the earth would skyrocket overnight.

Yeah, while "death" is inevitable, I don't think surviving forever, at least in mind, spirit, and memory, is too far away.

Yes!!! Population control in its most "humane" state. Let earth work it's magic and take care of us, it's just a matter of time you know.
