When bad comedians go... well take a look.
Background, in case ya can't make it out from the clip:
Ohio University held a large event with 3 comedians from comedy central. This was supposed to be a crass, in your face kind of humour, with a lot of mature and graphic subject matter. This takes place during "Family weekend" where parents come down to visit their sons and daughters. This is an exerpt from the University's advertisement on a pamphlet: --Family-oriented events offered by OU, Athens • University Programming Council welcomes Comedy Central's "No Class" Tour to Athens. Comedians Doug Stanhope, of "The Man Show," Ed Helms, a "Daily Show" correspondent, and Christian Finnegan, a stand-up comic, will share the stage at 8 p.m. at the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium. Audience Member: Holy fucking shit... thats what I was saying to myself tonight. Ok, picture this. Ohio University... Sold Out Comedy Central Show, about 3,000 people... It was 99% Freshman, and it was mom and dad weekend, where mom and dad came to visit their newly released into the college world kids.. It was mom and dad and kid every 3 seats.. anyway, this is just clipped from the website for people who don't want to go through it all. For those who do, go to http://www.dougstanhope.com/september_2003.html to r3ead it all. and here is the video. (poor quality, but still funny) http://www.redban.com/video/dougou.wmv

![]() ![]() >general rant< I only have two epsiodes of the TV show but do have a large amount of the radio show in its various forms (from 1929 to 1960)and the idiots that say it was racist have never listened to Freeman Gosden and Charles Correll play those multiple characters or just thickheaded. >/general rant< there were many, many other blackface acts out there when Freeman and Correll started Sam & Henry in 1926 or so (which later became Amos n' Andy) that were blantantly racist but their character or storylines never were.
