Canadians have the best accents, seriously.

"Aboot" is a personal favorite. And yes, that's how yall say it. And it's cool with me

Lets see... Well, there's always "eh." I heard a woman in the Toronto airport say "She's got a hot tub, eh?" and I nearly lost it. I don't know why, but it was the funniest thing I've ever heard.

I think "washroom" is sweet.

These are all of the ones that I know. My friend in Alberta calls me Yankee all the time. He's non-Yankee

I'm pretty well versed in all things Canadian

3-man A dice game played with lots of alcohol, and two dice. Each player rolls in order. What they roll determines what happens
5.1 = player to the left drinks
6.1 = player to the right drinks
doubles = player who rolled takes one dice's face value and "gives out" the full value. Therefore if I roll double 3, I take three drinks, I give away 6
2.4 = everyone drinks
once someone rolls 1.2 they become the 3-man.. Everytime a 3 is rolled they drink, so if 3.6 is rolled, they drink..

the 3-man gets drunk really quickly because they are 3-man until someone else rolls 1.2 (which is rarer then a drunk person hopes)

Gets really nasty when someone rolls 3.3
- 3 man takes 2 drinks
- person who rolled gives the 3 man 6 more to take..

I'm not a lumberjack or a fur trader. I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber or own a dog sled. And I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada, although I'm certain they're really, really nice. I have a prime minister, not a president. I speak English and French, not American. And I pronounce it about, not aboot. I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack. I believe in peacekeeping, not policing. Diversity, not assimilation. And that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal. A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch. And it is pronounced zed, not zee, zed. Canada is the second largest landmass, the first nation of hockey and the best part of North America. My name is Joe, and I am Canadian!

Could be a regional thing perhaps ?

I had a teacher in high school who was from Ottawa, he'd clearly say "aboot".

But I also I was friends with this Canadian guy who was NOT from Ottawa (for the life of me I can't remember where he was from exactly) and his accent sounded more like American than Canadian (ie no aboots).

Seems to be... I don't really know all that many Canadians, but from my experience the ones from Ontario says "aboot" and the ones from Alberta tended to say "eh" more.

I think they all should talk with that lovely sterotypical accent. Its awesome
