No, no, no, no, no. Being from Arizona I know certain things about Chili. It's nothing personal because now I live in
Massachusetts and very few people know how to make chili around here.

Chili is about simplicity.

oh i forgot... this is chili ala flyman style...

so there may be some "wobbly pop" in the mixture as well.

Actually, soylent green is people. This chili might have people in it or at least pieces of people, but it's not people.

So, I'm going to say that there's prolly Soylent Green in it.

I guess a nickel and a toenail, and maybe a hair or two.

All of the above (and Bern's right about the 'shrooms (blech!)). Prolly has some bourbon and bacon, too! Hopefully, you remembered some garlic.

It's got beans in it so it's not Texas chili.

I should admit one thing. My personal chili recipe is SECRET. I'll give you the basics (from my Arizona Cookbook) because that's what I think everyone knows. -But there is a secret ingredient or two that nobody knows about and it's as good as lookin at the pot and guessing what it might be.

i think i might be scared of your chili now...

I had to do it. This talk made me hungry.

What I did here was use "3 Bean vegitarian Chili" and then add my own beef stock, cumin seed, tabasco, and garlic salt to. Not as good as my own recipe but it beats the competition by a mile.

Dude - ya gotta remember that flyman made the chilli so they must be "magic" mushrooms...

I'm sure it was a very tasty bean and mushroom soup. However, for those of us in the know... certain things do not go into chili.

Pot is okay though. Especially if it's a secret ingredient.

celery is good in chili.

astro, i sometimes add green beans & corn to my chili. *gasp*
yeah, come on over to my house & enjoy my cumin flavored vegatable soup :rollseyes:

to me cumin is the true taste of chili.
after that you can add whatever your little hearts desires.

Don't sweat the mushrooms, the hairballs, the jizz, or the veggies.... if you make it hot enough. (Chasing it with a guiness never hurts!)

gotcha comin' and goin' eh? That's when you KNOW it's hot!
