//edit: i just want to add that i took this photo in Tell City, Indiana. when i was a young child i did get ice cream there when i visited my grandparents. "frigid whip" is today a small hair styling palor. the name tho seriously cracks me up now as an adult.

 BTW, have a look at the site I got it from. It's scary! It's a whole website dedicated to a women telling the story, with lots of pictures, of how she gradually covered every part of her body with tatoos over a few years. :shudder:
