I've seen worst picture then those a few years back...But I watch the Newfoundland stations sometimes so.

It's true! All of Canada is covered in snow, and all the houses are igloos! (just kidding of course)

A friend of my father's was born and raised in Sri Lanka, had spent his working life in Texas and in Dubai. He moved to Newfoundland three years ago, having only seen snow a few times in his life.

It snowed a record year in the area, he could only see the garage door and the second story of his nice new house. He had brought a BMW with him and it quickly got traded for a Yukon Denali. He also bought a skidoo so he could travel for supplies when it happened again.

Still remember my dad talking on the phone when I was home for Christmas. "Yeah, welcome to Canada. I told you so."

Crap thats a lot of snow. It seems like very dangerous work digging out a huge path like that.

every now and again it'd snow like a bugger and the trip up looked damn close to that.
