Legislative 1337 speak
 

Hey, i was wondering if anyone knows much about how to write a good voter initiative and get it voted in. In Washington State we can, so I want to come up with a really stupid Initiative. So I came up with "Legislative 1337 5p34|<". Basically I want to force the government to write all the bills and such in 1337, cause if we can't understand the tems, why should they be able to, and use it to screw us over!

So any help with ideas on what to include, how to go about writting, or anyone in Washington willing to help, then help get signatures would be much appreciated... and the only money for this is the $20 filling fee... so you'd be helping for free :D
