Forwarding mail...
This is a very funny flash animation (all sound based - don't bother if you have no speakers) that basically sums up what I think and obvoiusly a lot of people think about forwards! I found it via a link on www.help2go.com, which, for anyone who doesn't know it, is a very useful computer help place.
