If I had the time for everyone, or got paid to do it so I didn't have to waste time at work or at school, I would custom make everyone an avatar, no joke. I like doing that stuff.

That's a pretty cool site. I haven't checked out very many yet, but I just came across a pretty funny Zoolander one. Usually I just make my own, but I may put this site to use sometime. (Perhaps when and if I get my avatar for the good ol' TFP)
