I recently joined the TFP team on project dolphin (see this thread). It's basically a sort of competition to see who, what team, what user, and what country types the most (makes the most keystrokes). This got me thinking about typing in general. And that led me to my current question: How fast do all of you type? :)

Instructions:

2) Click on "Begin Typing Test"

3) Send the results to your email when you finish (or copy them down from the webpage)

I used to "hunt and peck" a lot when I typed, but then I took some lessons about five years ago. I'm surprised that I'm able to go that fast still.

I can actully type faster then that I just can not type all that fast when I have to read what I am typing at the same time. When I am just making up what I type its closer to 100 wpm.
