You know as a race how should we respond to this intergalatic insult? Should we ignore it? Maybe that part of the Galaxy is the trailer trash part. Could it be our radio signals finally reached there and they don't like "The Everready Hour with Wendell Hall"? Could it be we pulled out in front of that part of the universe and it's a form of road rage.
