I put the weez in there, just like it should be, and I like poke salad Annie.

I practice saying "puh-can" pie every time so that should I ever visit Louisiana in the future, I won't get made fun of by some sassy waitress for asking for "Pee-Can" pie.

Ha ha, it's not a toilet. I get it.

I say pee-can too. And my 'guy' makes fun of me, as he grew up on a 'puh-kahn' farm.

It's regional, I suppose. I say LooWEEZiana and pehKAHN pie. But, I'm from the north. My southern cousins say LOOziana and PEEcan pah.

I say Looweeziana and pahkaun pie.

One a have learned that everyone has wrong is New Orleans (or-leens), since Orleans in France is pronounced Or-le-on.

in arabic it would be looweeziaana

in my english it would also be looweeziaana

i use the "weez." thats good nickname material...."the weez." maybe i can adopt that and start a career of costumed crime fighting.

i say "pee-kan" when talking about 1 pecan. but when im talking about the tree's in the yard or a bucket full of them i use "pe-khan."

Actually...I use both. Depends on who I'm with. And New Orleans is "N'awlins."
