No and no.
Closest guess so far has been Owen Sound. The people who stayed here drive to see the Owen Sound Attack hockey team play. They have season tickets, so I assume they attend a lot of games.

Bingo! According to their web site they're the fresh water dive capital of the world. And yes I plan on visiting them this summer. Glad I grabbed my good dry suit when I was up north.
