...that made me laugh...and i don't quite know why...but it was funny i like cold showers..especially 'round here, now. when i woke up this morning, it was like, 95 degress. and muggy. and hot. humid too. |
cold showers. i'm a masochist.
Hot showers.... but if its hot and muggy i slowly decrease the temp until it's a cold shower.
Cold showers. Anyone not living in the north/south pole will tell you the same thing. Well... maybe if you live in, say, Canada or Chicago. The rest of us normal people wake up to cold showers ;)
Hot shower does the trick
HOT HOT HOT.. Just don't even turn the cold water on.. ALL HOT... Thats pretty much how I like it.. As long as it isn't actually cooking me...
hot, cold, hot, cold, hot, cold, hot, cold...
I like to make my central nervous system work for the money. |
not living in the north or south pole, and its 95 and humid ass hell here, and I still do the hot shower in the mornin. I already have to suffer thru an entire day of work, why the hell would I torture myself even further with a cold shower?
Hot is the only way for me.
About the only time when I will take a cold shower is after working outside on a really hot day. Then I'll take a cold shower to lower my body heat. |
Hot showers. Nice and relaxing. :)
Hot and muggy? Take a very HOT shower. Opens the pores, increases blood circulation, starts you sweating and helps your body COOL itself.
If you're in heat distress, THEN use a cold shower to rapidly lower body temp., followed by increasingly warmer water to promote circulation. btw... I take hot showers year 'round, all weather. |
You are obviously in the middle of Summer over there... I'll ask you again in 5 months Karby.
It's -2 degrees Celcius when i wake up at the moment... fucken HOT water!! |
It's in the middle of Taiwanese summer right now.
This is the most humid place I've ever been to. Cold. Cold, cold, cold. |
no question... cold showers
Hot shower all the way... That way the hot humid air we are experiencing comes off as nice and cool by comparison.
I'll go with a nice warm shower, increase the temperature incrementally to hot, then incrementally back to warm, and on down to cold. The warmth gets the circulation going, and the cold prepares me for the step out of the shower.
Hot with perhaps a change to cold later.
