Long as there are things to be believed in there will be believers.

Luck/Fate/Karma, of the options listed is what i'd most strongly believe in.

God, Aliens and Ball Lightning baby....Can't have one without the others...

I also believe that we are naive to think this is the smartest we have ever been... our time we've been here is miniscule compared to the age of the earth, and if any other species have been more advanced than us, it would only take 200,000 years (1/22500 of earth's life) for any evidence whatsoever to be wiped away...

but then again, maybe i'm just gullible...

I want to believe

The other thread is more fun. It has less restrictions.

My question on this list is why among all those things that have varying degrees of evidence, there is "Ball lightenings/other natural occurances" where there is evidence?

Been there, grokked that.... at least three times. But I'm still but an egg.
