Anyone know a good TriTip marinade?
 

Are you in Half Moon Bay, California? I just had a buddy grill me up one and he was looking for a new marinade too. That's apparently the best deal cut of meat ever.

1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp salt
3 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBs vegitable oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano

score your meat in diamond patteren 1/8 inch deep
rub mixture into both sides of meat
put in zip lock bag 6 hours or overnight
flip a few times Grill

you won't want anything else! this is a tied and true favorite..
