Pot Pizza anyone?
Right, so I live in southern Africa where the pot is plentiful and cheap, and since I'm Italian and love cooking I decided to mix. I'm just wondering if anyone out there is interested in learning how to make some tasty italian dishes and get a nice buzz too?
Actually, I'm no expert on working the pot in, so some help would be appreciated.... basically I just know you have to let it sit in hot oil for a few hours before using the oil in anything... but if there's interest I'll be happy to share some family recipies for great pizza and pesto etc. from scratch. The best would be to use butter and throw pot in the melted butter, don't over cook, but as long as its all melted and such. With that, you can make anything that uses a butter base. Brownies, cookies, different sauces for pasta, its pretty much endless.
Be warned though. When the Pot cooks with the butter, it cause a pretty hefty odor, so make sure to have open windows and doors or have a fan going. V.
