Are you feeling decadent? Magic Cookie Bars
 

1 stick butter (not margarine)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (No substitutes)
1 cup chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)
1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream (no substitutes)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In 13 X 9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Add 4 oz Bailey's and stir.

2. Sprinkle crumbs over butter and Bailey's: pour Eagle Brand evenly over the crumbs.

Layer evenly with remaining ingredients (not including the remaining Bailey's): press down firmly with a fork.

3. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired.
Cut into bars. Baste the remainder of the Bailey's over top of the bars.

Store loosely covered at room temperature

I've had those before and my waist still strains at the thought of them. Damn they are good though.

Ooooo! My mom makes those at Christmas. They're sinful! (And really easy to make too..best of both worlds)

SOUNDS SOO GOOD! I'd make some now, but I don't have any of the ingredients... I should have checked this before going to the grocery store...
