Banana, riccota and lebanese bread
Ok this is what i meant to post
 Basically you just have a banana in some lebanese bread, and then add riccota cheese. It tastes so good and is pretty healthy, has protein and complex carbohydates and fills you up nicely. Really low fat as well. My mum eats this all the time and now i am hooked, and it's so easy to make, or combine, cause i am no good at cooking  |
