Baked Swordfish
saute your Steak in a pan with some seasoning and maybe even soem pine-nuts. Place the steaks in a baking pan and cover with two cans of Conandina diced tomatoed (roased garlic and ital. herb, one can each). Put this whole pan in the oven covered and let it bake at 300-350 for maybe 20 or so minutes. Serve with Pasta and some nice red wine.... and look out.
