Anyone got a recipe for Goat..?
ok ok.. my mum has just brought home a bag of goat meat.
Does anyone have a recipe for it?? Like is there a special way to cook it, or do you just slice her up and throw her on the barbie like a normal slab of beef? :D |
curry goat with roti... :) mmmm need to find some jamaicn or west indies recipes for that....

This is a bit late.. but I'd go for Jerk or curry, the way the Jamacians do it. It's lovely.
