Meal Replacement Shakes
 

I don't know if anybody can help me with this one, but I have been looking for the past few weeks and have not been able to find a site that has recipes for meal replacement shakes. I found one 6 months ago, but cannot remember how I googled it. $5.25 is a bit much when one doesn't have a job, and being able to make it myself would be cheaper. If anybody knows of a site, or even a book I can look for that would be great.

hrmmm....meal replacement shakes....GNC sells "Myoplex" which is a good meal replacement. Smoothie King might have it too. but i think it's kinda pricey.
