What is your favorite kind of cake/pie?
My favorite cake is probably Carrot Cake.
I also like coconut-custard a lot, but carrot cake is just so different and good, it gets my vote. Also, the fact that I had it last night also influenced my decision. What's your favorite cake or pie? |

Angel Food Cake is my absolute favorite!
For pies, I like apple crumb pie. Now I am hungry!

As far as cakes go, yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting is my favorite.
Pies--my mom's mountain blackberry pie cannot be beat. Nope. Not gonna happen. I also enjoy a good cherry pie or peach pie. Warm peach pie on a summer evening with a scoop of vanilla ice cream....now that's eating

Cake - Quite simply, chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate. Make it as dense and as rich as possible. And when I say dense, I'm taking black hole dense. My birthday's always become the inexplicable center of new cosmic phenomenon - astronomers ring me up telling me to quit messing their calculations around and just eat the damn thing already.
Pie - My mothers pecan pie. And ever since Twin Peaks aired, I've had the urge to order black coffee and cherry pie whenever I'm in a diner of any kind. |

I make a lot of cheesecakes from fruits to turtles to fat free ones.
So my favorite would be pumpkin. Pies a big old slab of burbon apple caramel!

Oh I almost forgot cheese cake! There's really nothing like it, it's sweet but a different kind of sweet. With cheese cake and pumpkin pie it's totally about the texture.
I'm also partial to Oreo ice cream cakes but those don't really count as cakes since they're mostly ice cream anyway. |

I love fruit pies of all types, but Blueberry is my favorite.
Marie Callenders does a wicked blueberry and sour cream pie that knocks your socks off, yum! As far as cakes goes, just a very moist chocolate cake is my favorite. I try to stay away from deserts, but I had to indulge in the choco cake at Chile's last nite.

I love lemon merengue pie - the best pie I have ever eaten was a lemon merengue pie. Not everyone can make a good lemon merengue pie. The worst pie I ever attempted to eat was a lemon merengue pie. Did I ever tell you that I really like good lemon merengue pie?

Cheesecake. No doubt. Boston Creme Pie would be runner-up.
