As much as it truly kills my soul to even come close to being in a half-ass agreement with the dearly departed...when the drunk munchies completely overshadow making dough or ordering out, the pita pizza (my own rendition, thank you) is actually kind of decent. Caveats: I've been drinking, I am extremely hungry, and ranch dressing and Sriracha have made appearances. And the only things in common with the original recipe are a pita and a form of cheese.
