Can't get enough nuts
 

A great way to spice up any Asian dish is with a ginger chutney. This one is a little different:

Take equal amounts of mixed nuts (or whatever you have) and peeled root ginger. Blend them together in a mixer using a little wine vinegar to form a paste. Add a Thai chile or two to taste if you like a little heat---Enjoy.
