a toasted baugette with cream cheese and a little black pepper on top.
But you should have seen the meal I made myself last night... a curry (of sorts) that was so hot I had to take my shirt of when I ate it. I started off by boiling some rice with a chopped onion, lots of soy sauce, a chicken stock cube, and lots of chilli powder. Then in a pan I simmered some chopped tomato, some tomato ketchup, a bit of smoked fish, some basil, some garlic, and lots of chilli powder. After the rice was boiled I drained the water off and poured it into the tomato sauce with some more soy sauce and some hot sauce, simmered it a bit more. Oh boy that was hot!

Tonight was my late night in class so we had baked potatoes with a variety of toppings; broccoli, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Mmmm sometimes there's nothing better than a simple baked potato!
