One thing to remember about tabouli is that it is much better the second day. That may be why yours doesn't taste as good as resaurant stuff. You might try a few different recepies, there are piles of them on the net. I'd tell you mine but then I'd have to kill you. Actually I can't remember it, fortunately I can read and write so it is safely stored at home.
