You might find this one has everything you need:
http://www.allbaking.net/quick.html There are easy instructions from how to set up your kitchen to cooking for college students. This site seems to have links to everything you ever needed to know about cooking but were afraid to ask. It even has a link to the home of Ramen - Nissan Foods. Hope this page is helpful. |

www.foodtv.com is also good. If you have Food Network, you can watch the show "Cooking School" on Saturday mornings to learn valuable tips. "Good Eats" is also a great show because it usually focuses on one skill necessary to cooking good food or the skills necessary to make one kind of food. "Emeril Live" is good for watching recipes take shape, and anything Emeril cooks is tasty and good. Check your local listings for times. The website not only offers recipes that the shows show, but also offers cooking tips and tricks.
Another good site is www.epicurious.com While a little more difficult than Food Network's stuff, and a little more fancy, they do have a section on learning to cook. You can watch instructive films and read articles on cooking.
