Mixing a Snow Bear

Years ago... I used to get a drink that was actually more like a milkshake called a "Snow Bear". Basically Vanilla Ice Cream, Vanilla Extract, and Amaretto all mixed together for a cool beverage that actually is warm going down.

Now, I've tried MANY times to make this thing on my own, though I can't seem to get the mix right... either too much Ice Cream, or too much Amaretto.... or I could be missing something?

Anyone out there ever heard of this drink, and know how to make it? I've tried searching google, but the only thing I can find is a chocolate version.

Any ideas?

Found a Chocolate Snow Bear, just leave the Creme de cacoa and chocolate syrup out.

Ingredients:
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Creme de cacao
5 oz vanilla Ice-cream (french)
1/4 oz Chocolate syrup
2 dashes Vanilla extract
Mixing instructions:
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.
