Sling Blade
 

Im not sure why but I absolutly love this movie. I have seen it no less than 6 times. It made me feel real good at the end. What justice. Anyone else like this movie?

Saw it a long time ago, I love the guys voice, real grizzly.

I'd like some of them there french fried pertaters....mmm hmmm

Inside The Actors Studio had Billy Bob Thornton on today... There was some discussion about Sling Blade, he gave alot of insight about where he drew inspiration for the character and mannerisms.

At one point he actually went into character... Gotta say it was really strange to see him do Karl Childers on stage.

it i a great movie alright, i have only seen it the one time (dont wanna watch it too often.
Have to say, blilly-bob gave a fantastic performance in that film, easily his best in my opinion.

I love the matter of fact way he tells Dwight Yoakem he is going to kill him.

i saw that one a long long time ago.
fantastic movie. billy bob did such a great effort with that one.

If you get the "Swingers" DVD, one of the features is a parody of "Sling Blade", called "Swing Blade".

Like most parody's, often corny, but still funny.
