Wingless

I've noticed this over the past week, but on every channel I watch, every show I watch begins with a HUGE TV Ratings icon in the corner. Usually they take up a small percentage of the screen, but now they're FUCKING HUGE, taking up probably 1/8th of the screen. On top of that, the TV rating shows up after every commercial, instead of every half hour/new show. Does anyone know why?
