Any ideas when the new seasons of Sopranos and Deadwood will start?
 

I usually only have one or two shows that I'll watch on TV so the time between seasons seems magnified...it seems like a year since these shows were on...I need my murder, chaos, and backstabbing, damnit!

Luckily I have LOST to hold me over for another month or two...

Deadwood was a great show last year. I'm looking for the same information unfortunately. It must not be too close, or there'd be word out there somewhere.

Sopranos I just read is like May of 2006. It's crazy they can make everyone wait so long, and still have such a following.

If anyone can confirm my Sopranos date, and fill us in on Deadwood that'd be great.

The Sopranos date sounds about right. I don't think they've given an exact date, but have said that the earliest possible return would be some time in the first quarter of 2006.

This is all the HBO FAQ has in regards to Deadwood:
"When does the next season of Deadwood begin?
It has been announced that Deadwood will return for Season 2 in 2005. The second season is currently in production. No date is available yet for when the season will premiere."

Thanks for looking that up Booray. I looked it up a little while ago and found nothing on it. It's just good to know they're currently shooting for season 2.

Really looking forward to Deadwood and Carnivale to start. I can wait for the Sopranos, it started out great then got spotty. But I still watch it.

2005 for Deadwood? Hopefully they're thinking Spring and not Fall.

Deadwood Season 2 Premier is is Sunday, March 6th!!!! Good News! Of course, now I need to get HBO again, but I have a couple of months.
