Courtroom Scene as a Series Finale...
I'm surprised at how common court cases are used as a series finale. Just off the top of my head, I can think of Seinfeld, The X-Files and Touched by an Angel, all of differing genres (comedy, sci-fi and drama, respectively...).
Can anyone think of any others? Why do you think courtroom scenes are so popular? Why use it to end your series? |

Because it's so easy for the producers to use the courtroom evidence proceedure as a vehicle to intro clips from previous shows, and it's also why series finales usually suck. I've already seen the previous shows. Show me a new story or you should have ended it 1 episode earlier
