Love & Diane documentary
I'm sure this thread is destined to hit the bottom of the pile within 3 days, since the timing is bad, but I read in the paper about 10 minutes ago a review of a documentary called "Love & Diane" that looks very good. It involves a woman (Diane) who had a bad crack addiction... the documentary shows how she is living her life now, sober, as she gathers the children she
gave up to foster care when she was messed up on drugs. A daughter (Love) is HIV positive. That's about all I gleaned from the review I read, apart from the fact the documentary is made without narration of expert commentary, which sounds good to me. http://www.pbs.org/pov/pov2003/loveanddiane/ However, at least where I live, it is on in about 45 minutes (9:00 EST). So, get it while you can, I guess. |

Thank god, I assumed this was a Princess Di-worship thread.
